Cancellation Policy We ask our clients to cancel or reschedule appointments as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Up to 24 hours before the appointment: No cancellation fees; the appointment can be canceled or reschedule free of charge. Less than 24 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee of 90% of the session price will apply. No-show without prior cancellation: A cancellation fee of 100% of the session price will be charged. Legal Basis According to the European Union's Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to services in the areas of accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for their provision. Therefore, our services are not subject to this right of withdrawal. In Austria, Section 1168 of the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) stipulates that the service provider is entitled to the agreed fee if they were ready to perform the service and were prevented from doing so by circumstances attributable to the client. However, the service provider must be credited with any savings they have made by not performing the service or what they could have earned through alternative use. Note on VAT Cancellation fees and no-show fees are considered genuine compensation and are therefore not subject to VAT.
